Do you have shell access to your web host but are still using FTP to transfer files? If so, you should realize this is a very unsecure way of maintaining your site. For secure file transfers using SCP, try WinSCP 3.1.
If you ever used DOS-era file managers, like Norton Commander, you'll like this program's function-key shortcuts — F6 to move a file, for example. The display of local files doesn't give you access to your local area network, but the security features approach those of commercial products. Highly recommended and it's FREE!
