Do you mean the Splatt look? PHP-Nuke doesn't come with Splatt any more, it comes with phpBB, and you can't really change the phpBB forum look. It's supposed to go along with whatever PHP-Nuke theme you choose. phpBB and PHP-Nuke themes used to be seperate, but phpBB is now built into PHP-Nuke, so you can't change just one and not the other.

If you are using the default BlackW theme, the forums should look the same as the rest of the site; black. What theme are you using? BlackW or something else?

Hrm... I don't know what to tell you. This forum is coming up with the BlackW theme, on my end, just like the rest of the site. When I log out and come back as a non-registered user, it comes up 'black' too.
